These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products sold on Zipsom.com ("we", "us", "our"), operated as an individual seller based in India. By purchasing from this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products Sold

Zipsom.com sells digital, downloadable e-books — currently "Java Programming: The Complete Beginner's Guide" — for a one-time price displayed at checkout (currently ₹99 INR). All prices are in Indian Rupees; any other currency shown on the site is an estimate for your convenience only and is not the amount charged.

2. License to Use

When you purchase an e-book from us, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and read the content for your own personal or educational use. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the e-book file with others
• Upload the content to file-sharing sites, public repositories, or other platforms
• Use the content to create a competing product
• Claim authorship of the content

All content remains the intellectual property of Zipsom.com and its author(s).

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers — this information is handled entirely by Razorpay in compliance with applicable payment security standards (PCI-DSS).

4. Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive an instant download link on the confirmation page. The download link is time-limited for security reasons. If your link expires before you're able to download the file, contact us with your payment ID and we will issue a fresh link at no additional cost.

6. No Warranty

The e-book is provided "as is" for educational purposes. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure content accuracy, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, employment results, or that the content is free of errors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zipsom.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the purchased content.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
